We provide advisory to Mexican and foreign customers regarding requirements in economic competition and monopolies derived from mergers and acquisitions, privatizations and co-investments. We guide our customers in drafting and filing notices related to all kinds of concentrations, as well as comprehensive advisory services throughout the investigation processes due to monopolistic practices.
We prepare analysis and grounds, the start and follow-up of administrative procedures before the Comisión Federal de Competencia (Federal Anti-Trust Commission) for the granting of the authorizations required in case of concentrations among economic agents; as well as the negotiation of conditions in some cases. We participate in preparing grounds and evidence and, in general, in all the stages of the investigation proceedings regarding concentrations and monopolistic practices before the same Commission.
