In this area we have acted as attorneys for investment funds and as attorneys for Corporations – subject matter of the investment.
Our experience encompasses state-Corporations privatization processes, all types of public or private biddings or tenders and transactions related to Corporations which shares are listed in the stock exchange. The firm is constantly involved in the acquisition and sale of all kinds of Mexican Corporations and in the instrumentation of shareholding transfer and asset sales.
In this area our services comprise, among other, the execution of legal audit, preparing and negotiating agreements, the procurement of corporate authorizations, the fulfillment of permits granted by the involved government authorities and, in general, in all areas required for the instrumentation and closing of transactions.
